Refund Policy

All deposit payments are non-refundable

Due to the nature of training services, all course fees are non-refundable once the training has been attended, completed, or where certification has been issued.

 

By booking a course, you acknowledge and agree that:

    •    Course content, structure, and delivery are outlined prior to booking

    •    Training is delivered on a one-to-one or small group basis and is tailored to the individual student’s experience level

    •    Course pacing and time spent on specific areas may vary accordingly

    •    Practical experience is dependent on model availability and learner pace

    •    While we advertise for models, availability cannot be guaranteed, and students are encouraged to bring at least one model where possible

    •    A specific number of practical procedures is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

    •    Techniques taught are based on professional experience and industry standards, and variations in technique may exist between practitioners

    •    Completion of the course does not guarantee competency, confidence, or business outcomes, and ongoing practice is required

 

Refunds will not be issued where:

    •    A student has attended and completed the course

    •    A student has received certification

    •    A student later decides the course did not meet personal expectations

    •    A student receives alternative training or advice from another practitioner after completing the course

 

If a student has concerns regarding the course, these must be raised during the training or within 48 hours of completion to allow the opportunity for resolution, including additional support where appropriate.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a course is not delivered as described or with reasonable care and skill, we will offer additional training or an appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law.

 

 

General Terms and Conditions

    •    All remaining balances must be paid either in full on the day of the training course or, where specified at the time of booking, no later than 7 days prior to the course start date.

    •    Failure to make payment within the required timeframe may result in the course place being forfeited and cancellation terms applying.

    •    By booking a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made via email to info@nudetheacademy.com with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the course start date.

 

At the discretion of Luxury Body Piercing Academy, a transfer to an alternative course date may be offered.

 

If sufficient notice is not provided, the full course fee will remain payable.
