Yes, all services are by appointment only to ensure a personalised, high-quality experience. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
How do I book an appointment or training course?
Appointments and training courses can be booked via our website or through the booking links in our social media bios.
What age do I need to be to get a tattoo or piercing?
You must be 18 years or older and present valid photo ID for all tattoos and cosmetic tattoo services. Piercing age requirements may vary; clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with appropriate identification.
Do you follow strict hygiene and safety standards?
Absolutely. We adhere to the highest health and safety standards. All needles are single-use, sterile, and disposed of after each client, and all equipment is thoroughly sanitised.

What jeweller do you use for your piercings?
We use implant-grade titanium jewellery, which is non-allergenic, body-safe, and suitable for initial piercings to support optimal healing.
Does fine line tattooing hurt?
Pain levels vary from person to person. Fine line tattoos are generally less painful than traditional tattoos due to the delicate nature of the technique, although some discomfort should be expected.

What is Lip Blush and how long does it last?
Lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances the natural colour and shape of the lips. Results typically last 2–3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Is Lip Blush safe?
Yes. We use professional-grade pigments designed specifically for cosmetic tattooing and follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. A consultation is required prior to treatment.
What is the healing process like?
Piercings: Initial healing can take several weeks to several months.
Fine line tattoos: Light peeling may occur, with healing typically within 1–2 weeks.
Lip blush: Swelling and colour intensity are normal initially, with full healing taking up to 6–8 weeks.
Comprehensive aftercare guidance is provided.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, consultations are available and recommended for fine line tattoo and lip blush services to discuss design, placement, and suitability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment or training course and will be deducted from the total cost.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
Can I bring someone
with me?
To maintain a calm, hygienic, and luxury studio environment, guests may be limited. Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring someone.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation instructions vary depending on the service booked and will be sent to you after booking. This may include avoiding alcohol, blood-thinning medication, or certain skincare products.
What should I do if I experience swelling or irritation?
Some swelling, redness, or tenderness is normal during the initial healing period. If symptoms persist or worsen, please contact us for advice or seek medical attention if required.
Are touch-ups included?
Touch-up policies vary by service and will be discussed during your consultation. Lip blush treatments typically require a perfecting session.

Do you offer professional training?
Yes, we offer CPD-accredited training courses in luxury piercing and lip blush, suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Are you training courses CPD accredited?
Yes, all of our training courses are fully CPD accredited, with certification provided upon successful completion.
What are your class sizes?
To ensure a premium, hands-on learning experience, class sizes are intentionally kept small:
Luxury Piercing Training: Maximum of 4 students
Lip Blush Training: Maximum of 2 students
Will I work on live models?
Yes. All training courses include hands-on experience working on live models, under close supervision in a professional studio environment.

Entry requirements vary depending on the course. Some courses are suitable for beginners, while others may require prior experience. Full details are provided on the course booking page.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive a CPD-accredited certificate.
Is ongoing support provided after training?
Yes. Upon successful course completion, students are invited to join our private student community WhatsApp group. This exclusive group offers continued support, guidance, and a space to ask questions, share experiences, and stay connected with both the educator and fellow graduates.
Are training deposits refundable?
Training deposits are non-refundable due to limited class sizes and advance preparation. Please review the full terms before booking.
Do you supply models for training days?
We do ask if its possible to have one model per student organised prior to the course. We do advertise a week before the course date to make sure we have plenty models lined up for as much practice as possible.
Is there online theory before the course?
You are not required to complete any online theory before the course. After the course is complete we do ask that 5-10 case studies are complete for the first 5-10 piercings that you do. This allows us to monitor your understanding and knowledge.
